Providing Everything You Need
Elite Personal Training
If you are looking for highly personalized training sessions that cater to your specific needs and goals then consider training with one of our certified and experienced personal trainers. We offer one-on-one sessions that are programmed based on your movement capacities and personal body composition and fitness goals. To ensure the best results, we require all one-on-one clients to complete a Functional Movement Screen and Consultation before beginning any training program.
Group Training
We offer a variety of group workout options including Strength Training (ST), Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT) Uncommon Strength Training (UST), Metabolic Power Training (MPT), and Aerobic Power Training (APT). Each session begins with a 10-15 minute trainer-led Movement Preparation in our Prep Room followed by a quick demonstration of the specific exercises in the workout and then 40-45 minutes of training. Our experienced trainers will provide you with personalized guidance and support to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our primary goal is help each participant experience a safe, challenging, and successful workout.
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy is an affordable and convenient treatment option that only takes 20-30 minutes per session. It is non-invasive, extremely safe and has been proven to have several benefits, such as reducing inflammation and recovery time from exercise, improving skin health, promoting cellular health, improving blood circulation, reducing joint pain, and promoting wound healing. If you're interested in enhancing your overall health and wellness then red light therapy is definitely worth considering.
Inbody Composition Assessment
Our Inbody 270 uses bioelectrical impedence technology to give detailed information regarding body composition (lean muscle mass, body fat, body water, etc.) and is 99% accurate. It only takes a few minutes to receive the valuable quantitative data you need to make realistic goals or to see exactly how much progress you have made from your nutrition and training practices!
Functional Fitness Assessment
Starting your fitness journey at The FIT should include a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Y-Balance Screen to assist us in finding any potential painful movements, joint range-of-motion limitations, or movement compensations. The information gleaned from these screens is crucial for when we are coaching you during group training sessions or designing individual training programs. It gives us vital information for helping you be successful right from the start!
Exercise Program Design
We initiate the Exercise Program Design process by having you complete a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Y-Balance Screen. We use the information gleaned from the screens in conjunction with your specific fitness goals, time-constraints, equipment availability, and training experience to design a specific, individualized exercise training program just for you! Once the exercise program is completed we coach you through each exercise and video your execution of the exercises for future reference. Each Exercise Program Design is typically based on a 4-to-6 week plan.
Fitness and Nutrition Strategic Planning Consultation
Each one-hour consultation is with one of The FIT's skilled and experienced coaches. We will collaborate with you to establish clear fitness and/or body composition objectives. We will evaluate your current lifestyle, habits, and actions, and then explore targeted approaches to adjust your behavior and surroundings, all aimed at guiding you towards your specific goals. Consistently completing training sessions is just one part of attaining your fitness or physique goals. Your environment and habits outside of the gym will ultimately determine your success and that begins with detailing a progressive strategy to modify your behaviors.
